- 7 eggs
- 3 tea cups all-purpose
flour
- 3 cups of sugar
- 1 tablespoon chopped
baking powder
- 1 cup of boiling milk
tea with a tablespoon of butter
Beat the egg whites and
joins the egg yolks beating . Put the sugar and gradually add the flour with the
baking powder . Mix without crashing . Joins , then the boiling milk with the
butter , mix quickly , put into a greased and it takes the oven immediately,
before the dough cool . Must light up the oven and greasing before hitting the
cake .
This cake is great to ride
with fillings and pastry . Mass grows well and is better than sponge cake .
