Cake Rodrigo Aunt Nene

30 g of yeast for bread ( yeast )
1 cup of warm milk
1 cup very full of sugar
5 eggs, lightly beaten
100g margarine
1 pac shredded coconut
800 g of wheat flour
1 pinch of salt

Mass: cutting up the yeast in warm milk . Then mix the sugar , eggs , margarine, salt and , if kneading well with the flour. Shall be in the hands margarine to make the balls of dough and recheá them with cooked condensed milk in a pressure cooker ( 40 minutes) . Taken the ball , passes into a mixture of sugar , cinnamon and grated coconut and will be playing in a big way to the hole in the middle , smeared , with little housekeeping . Let rise in a dry and mild roasting place.
