Salted fish cake

mass

2 eggs
4 tablespoons margarine
4 tablespoons oil
18 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon of salt
2 cups of cow's milk
2 tablespoons ( shallow ) tablespoon of baking

Blend together the eggs with the butter , oil and salt ; milk should be added gradually . After well beaten , add the flour and baking powder ( sifted together) and make hitting very well.

filling

300 g fillet of fish ( hake , hake , etc.).

1 medium onion
2 tomatoes
1 green pepper
4 tablespoons oil
1 small glass of coconut milk
Salt, pepper, kingdom , parsley and chives to taste

Season with advance fish fillets with salt and lemon juice .

small pieces. Saute onion in oil , finely chopped , the
tomatoes ( peeled and seeds ) and chopped peppers also .
Add the fish pieces , salt , black pepper kingdom , salsa ,

chives , 1/2 glass of coconut milk and 1/2 cup of water . Cook over low heat and when it begins to thicken , add the coconut milk and let rest for a few minutes . Divide dough into two portions . Place the first in a rectangular shape , distribute the filling over it and cover with the other portion of dough. Bake in regular oven until the dough is baked .
