Simple cake


ingredients:
1 1/ 2 cup (tea ) of sugar ( 210g )
3 spoons (soup ) margarine ( 75g )
3 egg yolks
1 cup ( tea) of wheat ( 115g ) flour
1 cup ( tea) of cornstarch ( 100g )
1 cup (tea ) milk ( 175ml )
1 tbsp (tablespoons ) baking powder
3 egg whites
How to prepare
Beat the egg whites until firm snow. In a larger bowl, beat butter and sugar and add the egg yolks until light and fluffy . Alternately mix the flour with the cornstarch and milk gradually , beating constantly . Put the yeast and whisk quickly. Add the egg whites , mixing slowly. pour

a round shape of 24 cm in diameter, greased and floured . Bake in preheated oven for about 30 minutes .
