1/2 cup of butter tea
1 1/ 2 cup of sugar
2 eggs
1 pinch of salt
1 cup passion fruit juice
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup of Cornstarch
2 teaspoons of baking
powder
syrup
1 cup of sugar
1 cup passion fruit juice
Beat cream in the first
four ingredients . Add the juice
passion . Add the flour ,
the Cornstarch and baking . Pour into shape ( average) greased with central
hole . Mix the sugar syrup with passion fruit juice and cook . Simmer on low
heat for 10 minutes. Unmold the still warm cake and pour over slowly the hot
syrup , leaving penetrate the cake. Let cool and serve.
