Mini Puppies

 Good afternoon :)

I'm going to tell you about a snack I made yesterday:

Puff pastry

1 can of sausage

Cheese

Ham

Egg

Preparation:

First, I turned on the oven to preheat it. I set it to 200º. Then I rolled out the pastry, placed the cheese and ham on it, and cut the sausage in half. I rolled it up to make a kind of hot dog and then cut it in half.

One sheet of puff pastry yielded 8 mini-puppies. It's a snack for the afternoon. What I did was beat an egg and brush it on top to give it a nicer color.

And that's it, a snack for the afternoon :)

If you like, you can add mayonnaise and ketchup; it's wonderful.

I just forgot to take a picture of how it turned out, but I have a picture of how they were in the oven :)
