Fuzzy Towel Cake with Coconut Filling and Syrup Watering

Towel Cake Fuzzy
ingredients
05 gems
02 heaped tablespoons of margarine
2.1 / 2 tea cups of sugar
04 tea cups all-purpose flour
01 tablespoon of baking powder
01 tea cup shredded coconut
01 small glass of coconut milk
milk - use 01 as the glass of coconut milk
05 clear
Preparation:
Beat the egg yolks , margarine and sugar until pale .
Mix flour , baking powder and coconut and set aside.
Mix the coconut milk , milk and switch on mass with the dry ingredients .
Finally , beat the egg whites and incorporate the mass .
Duration : 07 minutes
Coconut Filling
ingredients
01 cup of sugar
1/2 cup of water for tea
01 small glass of coconut milk
100 gr grated coconut
01 tablespoon of margarine
01 cup of tea sweetened condensed milk
03 cups of milk tea
01 tablespoon cornstarch
03 clear
200 gr of cream
24 grams of unflavored powdered gelatin
1/4 cup of water for tea
Preparation:
Make light syrup with sugar and water .
Allow to cool .
Add the coconut milk, grated coconut and margarine .
Stir a little .
Add the condensed milk and cornstarch dissolved in milk.
Stir until thickened , beat the egg whites and add the cream stirring constantly .
Add the cream and finally the gelatin powder dissolved in water .
Mild to cool .
Duration : 08 minutes
Coconut syrup
ingredients:
01 coconut milk glass
01 teacup of cream
03 cups of milk tea
Preparation:
Mix ingredients and store frozen
Duration : 02 minutes
