ice cream cake

- 1 cup of sugar
- 3 tablespoons of cocoa powder
- 1 can of condensed milk
- 2 cans of milk
- 3 egg yolks
- 3 egg whites
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 1 can cream without serum

Caramelar a form with 1 cup sugar .
Boil 3 tablespoons chocolate with 9 tablespoons of water until thickened slightly and place on the caramel .

1 cream : Cook 1 can of condensed milk , 2 cans of milk and 3 egg yolks . Do not boil . Reserve .

2 cream : Beat the 3 egg whites electric mixer , add beating 3 tablespoons sugar, then mix 1 can cream without serum.

Mix the two cold creams , play in the form and bring to freezer for at least 1 night. To serve, remove from freezer a few minutes before handing the knife in the side and turn on a platter .
