Lazy Chocolate Cake of Flávia

- 3 cups of flour
- 2 cups of tea sugar
- 1 cup of tea oil
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup of cold water or milk
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1 tablespoon of vinegar
- 1 pinch of salt
- 2 tbsp (full) Chocolate

Place all ingredients in a bowl and mix until juntar.Untar a form and bake 180 º to 200 º

coverage: (all are soup spoons)
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 4 tablespoons sugar
- 2 tablespoons of milk
- 2 tablespoons of chocolate
