Picnic Cake

Ingredients
2 c. wheat flour
1 c. cornstarch
1 c. sugar
1 c. milk
1 c. butter
2 eggs and more clear
1 packet of baking powder
1 pinch of salt

How to Prepare
Beat the egg yolks with the sugar and butter until creamy. Sift together and add the dry ingredients (flour, cornstarch, baking powder and salt). Add to the batter alternately egg whites stirring gently. Bake in a greased in a moderate oven.
