Arrufada 0.5 kg ( rubber ) 6 deciliter of water, 750g sugar, lemon peels 2 , 16 egg yolk , 70g of butter.

Boil water with sugar and lemon peels , remove from the heat , remove the shells and mix arrufada passed by chopper . Mix the butter and stir very well and finally add the egg yolks and again bring the mixture to boil to cook the yolks , do not boil .
