Christmas fruitcake

ingredients

3/4 cup of candied fruit

2/3 cups of candied cherry or 125 gr cherry in syrup drained and chopped

1/2 cup chopped dried black plum , pitted

1/2 cup black raisins

1/2 cup chopped walnuts

1 1/ 2 cup all-purpose flour

1 cup butter , room temperature

3/4 cup sugar

4 eggs

1 teaspoon of baking powder

1 pinch of salt

1/2 cup of fortified wine

frosting

1 cup confectioners' sugar

1/4 cup milk mix the ingredients and play on the Cake

mode prepararcolocar fruit sauce and shiny new book

Beat the egg whites and reserve Beat sugar, butter and egg yolks and mix well . add the flour, salt , baking powder , and reserved fruit with wine then add the egg whites , mixing slowly lead to bake shaped greased and floured ring for 40 minutes over high heat , remove from oven let cool and put the cover , decorate to taste .
