1 egg yolk

Wheat flour quite

Mix all ingredients, taking care to put flour gradually until you release the hands. Line the muffin cups with batter. Place the filling and a bit of white sauce, cover with a lid made with the mass itself, brush with egg yolk mixed with a little oil and bake.

White sauce

1 mug of cow's milk

2 tablespoons Cornstarch
