1 cup of rice tea rinsed and drained (
200g ) , 1 pinch salt , 1 can of condensed milk , zest of 1 lemon , 1 stick of
cinnamon , half a teaspoon of vanilla extract , 4 egg yolks , 1 tablespoon
tablespoon sugar , 3 tablespoons butter , half a cup of tea seedless raisins .

Cook rice in two cups of tea water

Cover the rice with the sigh and make peaks with a fork . Bake low ( 150 ° C)
for about 40 minutes to brown meringue and serve immediately .
