Pie Blackberries

Base : 125g softened butter , 1 packet of biscuits Maria reduced to dust. Filling: 4 eggs , 1 can sweetened condensed milk , juice of 1 lemon , 150g blackberries , raspberry jam .

Add the melted margarine with Maria biscuits reduced to dust and line a tart base . Beat the egg yolks with the condensed milk with the lemon juice and egg whites. Arrange the blackberries on the base of the pie , cover with cream prepared earlier and bake until golden and cooked. Once cool , brush the surface with raspberry jam .
