Homemade bread

For fermentation
45 g of yeast
1/2 cup warm water
2 tbsp (tablespoons) flour
3 tablespoons (soup) of sugar

For bread
4 eggs, beaten
1 cup oil
1 kg of wheat flour
500g wholemeal flour
1 tbsp (tablespoons) of salt dissolved in water
5 cups of warm water
Beat 1 egg yolk

Prepare fermentation: dissolve yeast in water. Add the flour and sugar. Mix and let stand until bubbly.

Prepare the bread: Place the yeast in a bowl, add eggs and oil. Stir in flour and salt. Add warm water gradually, kneading briefly with hands until dough loosen the fingers. Cover with a tea towel and leave in a dry place until doubled in size. To determine whether the mass is at point, make a ball and place in a glass of water and when the ball rise to the surface, the dough will be grown.
Divide dough into four equal parts. Spread in greased pans of cake English and sprinkled with flour. Let rise again. Brush with egg wash and bake in hot oven (220 º C), preheated for 40 minutes.
