Mousse Salmon


370g smoked salmon diced
1 cup seedless cucumbers diced
2 tbsp (tablespoons) chopped fresh dill
1 tbsp (tablespoons) chopped onion, left to soak in cold water
5 tbsp (tablespoons) sour cream
1 and 1/2 spoon (soup) of lemon juice
1 spoon (soup) of lemon peel zest
2 spoons (soup) of cold water
1/2 envelope gelatin

Preparation:
Anoint with oil 2 individual ramekins (custard) and line the bottom with salmon.
In a bowl, mix the remaining salmon with cucumber, dill, onion, sour cream, lemon juice and lemon zest. Mix well. Dissolve the gelatin in cold water and bring to a water bath until completely dissolved. Add the gelatin mixture to the salmon and season with salt and pepper. Refrigerate to harden

a bit and then put in molds. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 3 hours. Serve the mousse garnished with dill leaves and cucumber slices.
