Mass
4 cups all-purpose flour
200 g butter or margarine
3 egg yolks
1 cup brine
Take a grease and line the
muffin cups patty.
Filling
2 whole eggs
3 egg yolks
1 pinch of salt
1 cup of cow's milk
50 g grated Parmesan
cheese
1 can of hams last machine
Mix all together and fill
the cups with a little sprinkling
hams. Return to oven to
bake for 1/2 hour (more or less).
