Egg Pudding I

10 eggs , 20 tablespoons of sugar , 1 liter of milk.

Place the eggs in a bowl , add the sugar and milk , and mix well with electric mixer . Place in a form previously caramelized and bake in a water bath , taking into account that the fire should not be too high, so that the water does not boil (otherwise the pudding will be with holes ) .
