Weight: 250g self-raising flour , 125g
butter , 125g sugar , 1 egg. Topping: 1/2 can of condensed milk , 1/2 deciliter
of skim milk , 50g sugar , 1 egg , 1 cinnamon stick , 1 lemon peel , sweet
black plum with a little sugar to taste
Dough: Beat the margarine with the
flour until sandy in point . Then add sugar and egg, beating some and let stand
30 minutes. Coverage: Boil the milk with the cinnamon stick and lemon zest .
Aside , mix the sugar with the egg and then add the milk stirring wire . Bring
back to the boil until thickened and let arrfecer . Line a pie with the dough ,
poke it with a fork and take it to a medium oven to bake about 15 minutes. Remove
from oven , fill the tart with the cream and bring back in the oven for 15 to
20 minutes until pastry is golden brown . Remove from oven and unmold . Cover
the pie with a generous layer of sweet plum with a little sugar ( preferably
done at home in order to get a little acid ) . Refrigerate servant and cold .
Note : This pie is a dessert optima
for summer days as it is very light and fresh .
